  • Manage social media team and serve as primary contact to make sure all regional needs are met
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strong social strategies
  • Develop and maintain continuous community activity
  • Ensure that the target is actively engaging through social platforms
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses in regards to social presence and provide recommendations to enhance campaign elements
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and new technologies (social, mobile and digital)
  • Immerse yourself in the company’s brand
  • Drive accountability across the team, ensuring timely completion of all tasks within the seasonal development calendar, successful conclusion of time-sensitive special projects, and continually identifying ways to improve the process
  • Form relationships with marketing teams and all business units
  • Knowledgeable of brand initiatives (marketing/PR/sales/finance objectives and product launches)


  • 5+ years of work experience in social media or related role; global experience preferred
  • Experience with implementing successful campaigns and developing creative solutions across various social media channels
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written as well as presentation skills (ability to deliver to large groups)
  • Experience with various social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, Pinterest, etc.
  • Utilizes social media to connect with people, brands, new, etc. in a meaningful way
  • Stays ahead of industry trends and new technologies
  • Proactive self-starter
  • Enjoys working in a team environment
  • Knowledgeable of Sysomos, BuddyMedia, Google Analytics and Basecamp a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
