    Search Supervisor

    Lead a team at this fully integrated advertising and marketing agency or otherwise known as an idea-factory. With a creativity inspiring work environment culminated by industry thought leaders this company is that diamond in the rough.

    The Search Supervisor assists and helps guide the development of client Search Engine Marketing objectives and strategic direction of the account from an SEM perspective. He/She is one of the lead experts for agency wide SEM and will manage multiple accounts. The Search Supervisor will focus on developing the company’s capabilities for SEM with new and existing clients.

    • Be an agency expert for both paid search and natural search strategies and principals
    • Educate internal groups about SEM
    • Demonstrate a bigger picture understanding of client’s overall marketing objectives
    • Grow client revenue by selling (up-sell / cross-sell) solutions and ideas in natural search and paid search
    • Partner with Account Service and Media teams to ensure synergies with paid search and media campaigns
    • Define and develop measurement models with the Analytics team
    • Manage regular SEM client presentations and strategic discussions
    • Mentor and train new Search Strategists

    Experience:

    • 5-7 years of advertising/marketing experience
    • no less than 4 years of interactive media industry experience with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to SEM
    • Demonstrated understanding of strategic marketing, business and financial principles
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to represent and promote the company in a professional manner
    • Ability to develop and motivate a team and promote collaboration with internal departments
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills
    • Natural leadership, motivational and organizational skills Education: Bachelor’s degree.
