Account Director (NY)

Our client is seeking an experienced and energetic Account Director to manage teams, execute campaign development and management, and build and maintain client relationships!

Responsibilities:
· Maintain daily interaction with clients
· Work closely with clients to determine business needs and identify areas of opportunity to increase account growth and revenue
· Participate in the hiring, training, development, mentoring and retention of staff members in the department
· Convey to clients the benefits of search engine marketing and help them integrate SEM into their overall online marketing strategy
· Work with agency production team to fulfill client requests
· Manage client expectations and assure client satisfaction and retention
· Keep clients informed on industry changes
· Monitor client budgets to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Qualifications:
· 5-7 years experience in online marketing and client services
· Experience with interactive marketing and media strategy, planning, and campaign management, preferably in search
· Experience managing teams and delivering presentations to clients

Salary: 120k-150k, DOE
