MUST have at least 1 year experience answering inbound calls/emails/livechat, answering questions, selling to book a service, and following-up on prospects via outbound calls and emails. Schedule is Wed/Thur/Fri 11am-7pm, and Sat/Sun 10am-6pm, Eastern time.

Responsibilities

  • The ISE will answer inbound phone and email inquiries and convert them into paying customers.
  • Answer inbound calls from prospects, answer their questions, and sell them on our service.
  • In addition to calls, inquiries may come in via email or live chat
  • Persistent follow-up on prospects via outbound calls and emails
  • Responsible for scheduling pick up appointments and obtaining payment information
  • May include proactive outreach to drum up business
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals, based on KPIs including # of calls, # of reservations, revenue, and closing ratio.
  • We need someone who can work Saturdays and Sundays, every week!
  • Initial schedule is Wed/Thur/Fri 11am-7pm, and Sat/Sun 10am-6pm, Eastern time.

Qualifications

  • Entry level or 1 year experience in phone sales
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter and problem-solver. Able to work in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment. This company is an extremely well-funded startup!
  • Exceptional phone skills. Able to speak with clarity, friendliness, and empathy to people from a variety of backgrounds and in a variety of situations (e.g. in the middle of a stressful move)
  • Detail oriented, with excellent follow-up skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Comfortable with technology (email, live chat, mobile apps).
  • Authorized to work in the US
