Job Specifications

  • Oversee all business operations, including management of multi-million dollar budgets
  • Guide and provide direction to clients in Digital Advertising, Search Marketing, and Emerging Media
  • Contribute to the company’s development of new business
  • Supervise a team of media professionals and develop the staff by providing consistent feedback
  • Grow existing business and maximize profits
  • Reallocate resources to meet client deadlines and needs
  • Assign new accounts and balance workload among teams

Requirements

  • 10+ years of digital media experience
  • Knowledge of Digital Advertising, Search Marketing, and Emerging Media
  • 5+ years of team management experience
  • Experience in new business planning and project management, required

Salary: $200K-$240K, DOE
