Online/Digital Associate Media Director - Entertainment Accounts

Responsibilities:
- Direct Media Planning strategies
- Manage client/vendor relations to develop comprehensive media plans that successfully accomplish their goals
- Cross-sell and Up-sell Clients on lucrative new media opportunities that make sense
- Implement and track media campaigns to ensure optimal performance of campaigns
- Create a positive working environment and foster a team approach
- Responsible for training, managing, motivating & evaluating other team-members
- Evaluate account profitability
- Write RFPs and present to the Client to acquire additional business-building initiatives
- Synthesize knowledge of business and consumer-base to develop viable business strategies and aid the Client in market assessments
- Collaborates with the client to develop and/or assess/review Client marketing plans
- Leads the Agency team in the development of strategic business presentations (learning reports, communication planning documents, creative briefs, media presentations, research presentations)
Requirements:
- 7+ years media planning experience in an agency environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented, good follow-up skills, multi-tasker and able to work will under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Media Planning software
