Job Specifications
- Assist in all media planning functions across all teams
- Ensure that all external and internal communications follow established processes and procedures
- Assist in monitoring projects’ media expenditures and ensure that they remain within budget
- Aid superiors in developing client media plans and market flowcharts
- Generate print insertion orders for clients
- Monitor trade publications for media trends
- Coordinate and reconcile print billing
- Gain valuable media knowledge
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
- Detail-oriented and organized
