Responsibilities

• Initiate marketing program creative briefs covering in-store marketing, customer insights, direct mail, media and voicemail broadcast communications.
• Assist in the execution of regional, local and store-specific marketing plans
• Create allocation plans for in-store marketing materials
• Create and provide key financial metrics and direct mail findings
• Utilize existing reporting tools to create ad hoc reports to draw conclusions and develop recommendations
• Assist in day-to-day analysis and data-related activities
• Traffic marketing related materials to ensure a timely and accurate routing process
• Maintain system of assigning and tracking coupon codes for accurate reporting
• Create direct mail personalization and oversee data approval processes

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer database and/or marketing analysis experience
• Proficiency in advanced functions of Microsoft Excel required
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Understanding of segmentation strategies and approaches is a plus
• Experience in retail or apparel manufacturing environment is a plus
