CRM Analyst - Luxury (NY)

Our client is looking for a CRM Marketing Analyst who is detail oriented, technically savvy, and has a strong knowledge of the luxury and fashion industries.

Job Requirements
· Support CRM team on front-end marketing and back-end analysis, including catalog, direct mail, email, database, offer/promotion management, and analysis of marketing efforts
· Ensure implementation and execution of customer loyalty programs and analyze results of campaigns 
· Develop mailing lists and guest lists for special events and promotions based on customer demographics and purchase patterns.
· Coordinate the production and processing of direct mail materials to ensure timely delivery
· Collaborate with internal and external departments and vendors
· Support all aspects of the CRM team to enhance overall productivity and brand image

Qualifications
· At least 2 years of experience with marketing database management
· Strong understanding of direct response marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), and consumer behavior
· Organized and detail-oriented

Salary: 70K, DOE
