The Public Relations team, through the use of market research, is responsible for managing external perception and awareness of an organization to enhance it’s reputation. Techniques can vary but frequently used practices include press releases, press conferences, product launches, trade shows, events, press kits, web casts, pod casts, and other means of information distribution. A well-structured PR campaign serves to inform the target communitty of the client’s successes and latest changes while diminishing failures.
