Business Development - Job Description
The Business Development team is responsible for sourcing new business and deciphering ways to increase current clients’ scope of work by leveraging their company’s services to provide greater value to the client. They identify prospective client opportunities through understanding of that company’s business issues and then offer a solution that their company can provide. This process requires detailed planning and effective presentation of the strategic solution in order to make the deal. These roles require acutely developed sales skills, problem solving skills, presentation skills, and negotiation skills.
