Advertising Sales - Job Description
The Advertising Sales professional is responsible for soliciting new business and building out current business from their established Advertising Agency contacts. Success is measured by the billing increase that each sales representative or sales team was able to deliver over last years’ numbers. Successfully leveraging their media content, added value proposals, and any additional marketing initiatives will serve to increase their client’s deliverables which in turn increases the likelihood that more monies are devoted to the sales representative’s media network. In addition to Advertising Agencies, sales reps are often asked to establish direct relationships with the Fortune 1000 companies that are looking to increase their brand awareness or directly influence their bottom line.
