Job Specifications

Help develop and lead new business initiatives for the agency
Work with management team to identify key target companies
Stay current with new business opportunities
Provide organization and analytical expertise to new business process
Increase new business opportunities by selling the agency’s capabilities to potential clients
Develop and maintain new client relationships
Manage day-to-day operations of the new business process
Lead business decisions that maximize revenue and minimize cost

Requirements

5-7 years of experience at a marketing services firm, consultant agency, or client company
2+ years of experience leading agency new business efforts
Knowledge of quality client companies, a plus
Experience assisting direct strategic marketing and creative teams, a plus

Salary: $55K+, DOE
