Business Development Director (NY)

Join this thriving Brooklyn based marketing agency as their business development guru and work directly alongside their CEO and Founder.

Job Specifications
• Help develop and lead new business initiatives for the agency
• Work with management team to identify key target companies
• Stay current with new business opportunities
• Provide organization and analytical expertise to new business process
• Increase new business opportunities by selling the agency’s capabilities to potential clients
• Develop and maintain new client relationships
• Manage day-to-day operations of the new business process
• Lead business decisions that maximize revenue and minimize cost

Requirements
• 3+ years of experience at a marketing services firm, consultant agency, or client company
• 3+ years of experience leading agency new business efforts
• Knowledge and contacts in quality client companies
• Experience assisting/leading direct strategic marketing and creative teams
• Sourcing RFP opportunities

Compensation: 120K-200K+, DOE
