Job Title: Digital Advertising Sales Manager

Summary of Position:

The Digital Ad Sales position will be responsible for establishing partnerships with advertising agencies and direct advertisers. You will be selling over the phone via cold calling as well as in face to face meetings and closing multiple accounts on a weekly basis . You will leverage your current network of contacts such that you can “hit the ground running”.

Digital Advertising Sales Job Responsibilities:

  • Selling digital advertising space by putting together comprehensive packages to ad agencies and direct advertisers
  • Seek out new and qualified advertisers to purchase digital ad space
  • Communicate the value of advertising with this platform to agencies and advertisers
  • Exceed quarterly ad sales goals
  • Perform effectively in a fast-paced small team environment
  • Manage team of Junior Sales Executives, Sales Planners, and Account Executives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in advertising sales, business development and/or digital marketing
  • Digital experience required
  • Network of “current” contacts within agency world required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Track record of setting and achieving goals and quotas
  • Strategic thinker with excellent selling skills
  • Travel will be required

Salary: Base $100-$120K, Commission: $80-$100K
