Sr. Digital Account Planning Strategist (Boston)

Our client is a mid-sized, full service advertising agency who has received numerous awards for its excellence in client service. Our client is currently seeking a Senior Digital Strategy Planner who will report directly to Senior Management. This is a strategy intensive role while overseeing the day-to-day management. and oversee the development of the department.
Job Title: Senior Digital Strategy Planner
Job Specifications
- Lead the digital strategy development for clients
- Research, analyze and develop hollistic digital strategy solutions that integrate the client’s digital message with traditional platforms while pushing the limits of interactive innovation (including emerging platforms, social media, mobile marketing, search marketing, display marketing, rich media, email marketing, etc.)
- Monitor industry trends and continually keep both the department and clients up-to-date
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Facilitate the growth of the digital department
- Work closely with client and ensure that all clients’ needs are met
- Develop and present new business pitches to clients
- Partner with creative teams, account management, production and media planning teams to develop and implement insightful client campaigns.
- Presenting data, insights, and analysis to supplant your digital strategy while tactfully engaging the client to explaing how this strategy will yield exceptionally strong results.
- Work closely with the client to understand their needs so you can exceed expectations and ensure deliverables.
- Proactively seek out, engage and collaborate with team members to build any and all necessary bridges.
Qualifications
- 7-14 years of Strategic Account Planning and Account Management/Client Services experience
- 5+ years of digital/interactive experience
- Expertise in digital/interactive marketing and knowledge of online media planning
- You blog, tweet, and rub elbows with industry leaders
Salary: $130-150K, DOE
