Senior CRM Account Planner (NY)

Our client is a midsized advertising agency that emphasizes the importance of establishing connections and relationships that last. As their Senior CRM Brand Planner you will be responsible for the consumer relevance of the brand communication strategy and will be reporting to the Planning Director.
Job Specifications
The planner will need to find new, break-through insights to help create inspiring creative briefs, marketing strategies, communications plans, and CRM programs that can be measured and optimized. The planner is responsible for integrating consumer insights into the account, creative, and media practices.
The Senior Brand Planner:

serves as liaison between the research team, account managers, creative staff and client

manages strategic and brand planning for clients

gathers research data and delivers results to clients and planning team

designs delivery/presentation methods for collected data and findings

creates the layout and content of surveys, questionnaires, and topic guides

collaborate with account managers to generate effective creative briefs

supervises creative and strategic meetings while proposing solutions and suggestions based on collected data

translates social and cultural trends into market strategies relevant to client/brand
Requirements
- 4-6 years of planning experience required with a heavy concentration in CRM initiatives.
- Must have good research and analytical background/skills.
- Articulate with excellent writing skills.
- Must be able to work collaboratively with other planners and the account team.
- Candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- 4-6 years experience in an advertising, marketing or marketing communications role designing and executing CRM or in-life programs.
