Requirements:
· 7+ years account management experience in an agency environment

· Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

· Participates in and contributes to the formulation of advertising/marketing plans for client.

· Supervises the orderly handling of Account Supervisors and more junior team members seeing that promises are kept, deadlines met and standards upheld.

· Stays well informed on all of his/her accounts’ activities, thus enabling him to anticipate trouble (internal or external) or client dissatisfaction and with the Account Supervisor takes steps to remedy any such situation.

· Participates in new business activities as assigned· Assists in the cross selling of value-added products into strategic account base

· Detail-oriented, good follow-up skills, multi-tasker and able to work well under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.

· Heavy tv/print production experience

· Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Bachelor’s Degree
