The Process »
The process of finding the right people/company to help drive your initiatives forward is often a very complicated and daunting task. TTS Media utilizes several time-tested and proven tools to help locate the best talent and opportunities available. These practices serve to help both our Clients and our Industry Gurus to find the right fit.
- Our recruiters get an in-depth debriefing of each and every company that we work with as our industry relationships give us an inside track as to the happenings at most companies. Through our industry relationships and knowledge we develop a company profile that includes their work environment, hierarchy, specific staffing needs, client roster, as well as their strategic and tactical needs as they relate to each new position that comes in.
- There are several ways in which we source candidates. Firstly, each one of us has worked in the Advertising industry and therefore has access to a candidate pool that others don’t. Additionally, our relationships with Advertising industry professionals enables us to find other people who would be interested in hearing about potentially stronger opportunities. Our recruiting efforts provide us with a vast but industry specific source of both active and passive candidates at competing companies. And of course, we advertise.
- Our recruiters are very familiar with what it takes to be successful in the industry. As we have worked at some of the best Agencies around, therefore providing us with the ability to determine if a candidate is accomplished. Once we get a feel for the candidate’s needs, we can then determine which specific opportunity and client culture will provide them with the opportunity to showcase their talent and become even more remarkable.
- Our Account Executives then present only the most qualified industry gurus to the Client, outlining the qualities that set this person apart and what makes them a good fit for that particular opportunity. We then setup interviews so that both the Guru and Client can get a better idea of how/if they can work together.
- Throughout the process our team is highly dedicated to keeping both parties informed so that we can forge a successful marriage. Our knowledge of both the Client’s and Candidate’s feelings about this marriage enables us to ensure that both parties come to a mutually beneficial employment agreement which we are able to orchestrate through direct and effective negotiations. Therefore removing the feeling that either party won or lost the negotiation so that everyone can move forward with the right mindset.
- At the clients’ option, we conduct reference checks, and where applicable do background checks.
